Marilee Nolte
Education and Experience
I am the Kindergarten through Third Grade at Trinity Lutheran School.
I graduated from the University of Iowa with a BA in Elementary Education and a Master’s Degree focussing on Reading Disabilities. I also hold certification in Early Childhood Education from Martin Luther College. My early teaching was in public schools teaching both in the classroom and remedial reading. For over 20 years I have taught in Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran schools at various levels, ranging from Preschool through Fourth Grade.
A favorite Scripture passage is The eternal God is your refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms. Deuteronomy 33:27

Richard Owen III
Education and Experience
RIchard Owen is the 4-8th grade Teacher, Athletic Director, and Principal of Trinity Lutheran School.
A graduate of both Trinity Lutheran and Nebraska Lutheran Schools, Richard Owen joined the Nebraska Air National Guard out of high school and spent 8 years as a member working on the Navigation and Communication systems of KC-135 aircraft.
A 2014 Graduate of Martin Luther College in New Ulm, MN, with a BA in Elementary Education he spent the first 6 years of his ministry teaching the 5th and 6th grades at St. John’s Lutheran Grade School in Bay City, MI. Richard also served as the choir director, athletic director, and principal of the school during his time, as well as spending time as the Vice President of the Bay Area Lutheran League. In 2020 Richard received and accepted the Call to serve Trinity Lutheran Grade School in Waco, NE.
Richard’s future goals include beginning his master’s program, starting a robotics program at Trinity, and repairing his old cantankerous truck.
